· Assistance selecting travel insurance and trip protection policies with coverage for your personal needs.

· Management of any unforeseen cancellations or changes.

Because your trip is a large investment, we work to perfect the proposal and exceed your expectations. We charge a planning fee to allow for the time and attention your trip deserves while providing our expert advice in handling all of the details of your travel experience.

Planning Process

We start off by getting to know you on a personal level through our complimentary consultation. We want to understand who you are, what your travel style is, and how you plan to spend your time on your travel experience. This time also allows you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have and gives us the framework required to craft a curated and customized proposal perfect to you.

Fees

To ensure the highest standards of quality and value, we have partnered with the best suppliers in the Premium and Luxury spaces to ensure our client's needs are exceeded in every aspect of their trip. Further, we are continually taking educational courses and are serious about staying up to date on the latest trends in premium and luxury travel. We spend a great deal of time creating a memorable trip for our clients that not only meet their needs but exceeds them. Your travel experience is an investment, and we want to ensure you get the best value to meet your needs. In order to do this, we charge a nominal, non-refundable planning fee to cover our time curating the best options for you.

Initial Consultation - COMPLIMENTARY

Premium & Luxury Travel Services

Honeymoons - $150 (unless budget is over $7,500 and requires a customized itinerary - $250)

Anniversary/Re-Tie the Knot - $150

Customized Luxury Itineraries (Budget: $5,000+) - $250*

Other Services

All-Inclusive Resorts/Ocean Cruises/River Cruise - $150*

Groups (minimum 10 rooms/cabins) - $500*

Sports Travel - Golf: $150

Sports Travel - Event: $250

Minimum Travel Budget by Destination/Travel Experience (based on 7-night vacation)

• $3,000 per couple for Mexico/Jamaica/Dominican Republic/Ocean Cruises

• $5,000 per couple for the rest of the Caribbean/Central America/Sports Travel - Golf

• $5,500 per couple for Hawaii/Select European Tours/River Cruises/Sports Travel - Event

• $10,000+ per couple for African Safaris/Customized Itineraries/Expedition Cruises/Rest of the World

Complex itineraries or bundling multiple packages may increase the professional planning fee.

All fees are non-refundable and subject to change without notice.

*Please note that for Echevarria Travel organized Exclusive Group Trips we waive our planning fees.

Step 2 - Initial Consultation

A travel advisor will contact you (In most cases Cheryl Echevarria) to chat about your trip. We will spend 20-30 minutes learning about you and making sure we have all the details we need to create your travel proposal. We will set expectations and make sure we are the right fit for you.

Step 3 - Design and Book Your Trip

We will design your itinerary and send it over in a timely fashion. Once you've had a chance to look it over, we will discuss and confirm or make any necessary changes. Once it's perfect for you, we'll get you booked!

Step 4 Have a Great Vacation

We guide you through the process of preparing for your trip, make sure you have the right visas (if necessary), send packing lists and insider tips for your destination. You just sit back, relax, and have the time of your life knowing that your travel advisor has your back.
